ADMISSIONS
Candidates interested to take admission in first year of 3 years diploma program in Govt. Polytechnics are required to take PAT (Polytechnic admission test) which is being conducted by Himachal Pradesh Takniki Shiksha Board Dharamshala Distt. Kangra H.P every year in the month of May. The selection for admission to different courses is being conducted by Directorate of technical education H.P Sundernagar through On-Line counseling on the basis of merit of PAT.
Admission into second year of diploma level courses under lateral entry scheme is made On-line on the basis of merit of LEET (lateral entry entrance test) or 10+2 science after exhausting the merit of LEET.
Minimum eligibility to appear for LEET is ITI ( 2 years in Engg. Trade) or 10+2 vocational/Science from govt./state govt. recognized school.
